James Tyrone (Jim) Emler

James Tyrone (Jim) Emler was born in Seattle, Washington on September 9, 1960 and passed away on August 29, 2025 at his home in Sun City West, Arizona. Jim was a loving husband, father, stepfather, son and brother. Jim graduated from Belen high school in Belen, New Mexico and after high school Jim moved back to Washington to attend college while working for Albertsons. Later Jim and his brother Jeff became self-employed business owners and enjoyed working together for many years. Jim retired and moved to Sun City West, Arizona to pursue other passions. Jim was a dedicated real estate professional and an avid golfer, remember for his bright smile, humor and his deep love for family and numerous friends. Jim was preceded in death by his Father Harry James Emler Jim is survived by his wife Karen Emler, daughter Kristin Emler, stepdaughter Lisa Haberly (Steel) stepson Charlie Steel, Mother Sharen Emler, sister Ginny Williams (Emler) and his brother Jeff Emler his grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Jim is deeply missed and will be forever loved.
