James Quigley, born on August 3, 1939 in St. Joseph, MO, to the late Ruby and Ross Quigley, passed away at age 79 on August 21, 2018 in Sun City West, AZ. He was in the Life Insurance industry at Franklin Life, American General and AIG as a Vice President until retiring in 1999.James was married to Sarah Lenhart Quigley.He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Quigley; and sister, Patricia Dulcan (Michael). James is survived by his daughter, Melissa Heilweil (Nicholas) and grandchildren, Miranda Heilweil and Ross Heilweil of Redmond, WA; and stepson, Joseph E. Oder. Jr (Phyllis Starr) of St. Louis, MO; sisters-in law, Patty Stoutamyer and Linda Danner; brothers-in-law: Robert Lenhart, Jr. (Beverly), Charles Lenhart (Fran), Richard Lenhart (Tammy) and Michael Dulcan; and much loved nieces and nephews.Jim enjoyed playing golf with his many golf friends.Donations in James' name to First Tee, St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice are welcome and appreciated.There will be a private graveside service in Illinois and a Celebration of Life in Sun City West, AZ, at a later date.
