James G. Young

James (Jim) G. Young, was born on September 20, 1932 in Peoga, IN. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years. Jim passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2018 surrounded by his loving wife, Roberta (Bobbe) of 63 years and his beloved friends.Jim designed jewelry, was a real estate broker, and retired from California Federal Bank as a loan officer for ten years.He was a devout Jehovah's Witnesses who loved to talk to people about the Bible and the hope of God's incoming Kingdom. Jim's strong faith moved him to symbolize his dedication to Jehovah by water baptism on February 11, 1961. He served as a Congregation Servant and enjoyed volunteering his time alongside his wife in their ministry.Jim's parents and sisters preceded him in death. Along with his three children, Jim has a large spiritual family that he loves deeply. Jim and Bobbe were comforted not only by their loving friends but also by Infinity Hospice staff and Dr. Sekar Annamalai and would like to express their sincere thanks to all.A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, November 23rd, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 13016 W. Elm St., Surprise AZ.
