Chef Dana Dumas has added more to the plate at SugarJam The Southern Kitchen — a brunch restaurant and bakery in north Scottsdale — with the launch of The Market by SugarJam and the SugarJam ice cream trailer.
SugarJam The Southern Kitchen at 15111 N. Hayden Road, unit 170, in Scottsdale, debuted July 23 a new gift shop inside the venue, which is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Wednesday through Sunday; plus The SugarJam ice cream trailer with locally-made, fresh ice cream for guests to enjoy Southern flavors such as Bourbon Pecan and Peach Cobbler next to the brunch restaurant from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Friday through Sunday.
The Market by SugarJam gift shop debuted featuring curated items including hand-made candles, artwork, crafts, home goods and more merchandise for sale by Arizona artisans and small national businesses. Some one-of-a-kind items and new pieces were displayed from diverse local and national artists, including multi-ethnic and women-owned small businesses among vendors showcased in the store.
