Jaguar, Land Rover and Volvo to join BMW in Arrowhead

The Glendale City Council will help pave the way for three new high-end auto dealerships and a collision center to be constructed in north Glendale.
Visionary Automotive Group announces the award of new Jaguar and Land Rover franchises and their plans to construct a new state-of-the-art facility adjacent to their already award- winning Arrowhead BMW dealership in Glendale.
“I am pleased to welcome these market leaders to Glendale,” said Glendale City Manager, Kevin Phelps. “We will continue to move Glendale forward by developing and maintaining superb business partnerships that create jobs and generate revenue for Glendale.”
Additionally, Berkshire Hathaway Automotive has announced plans to relocate their existing Volvo dealership to the same site. Currently located in Phoenix on East Bell Road, Berkshire believes a new facility in this location will successfully serve Volvo customers in the north and northwest valley metropolitan area.
Lastly, Visionary Automotive Group also intends to open a new collision and cosmetic repair and paint facility at the Glendale site, with specific intentions to cater to the new luxury franchises as well as the existing luxury vehicle brands that require factory genuine parts.
“In April of 2019, Council passed an ordinance which approved rezoning of this property to allow new and/or pre-owned vehicle sales and associated operations,” said Lauren Tolmachoff, councilmember for the Cholla District. “We believe developments such as this elevate Glendale and coupled with the unique lifestyle offerings make it a top place to live, work and play.”
The addition of these three very successful brands near the world-class Arrowhead BMW dealership is certain to add synergy and draw more customers that wish to shop for luxury new and pre-owned vehicles. All facilities will have state of the art sales, parts and service departments, with pleasing customer accommodations.
