Several new tenants will be opening stores in the coming months at Tempe Marketplace, bringing the center to nearly 100% leased, Vestar officials announced.
J. Crew, Rowan Piercing, Pandora Jewelry, Box Lunch and Strange Adventures Comics & Collectibles will join the center's lineup. Hot Topic is relocating to a new space within the property, nearly doubling its size, according to a release.
Lululemon, Nike, LumberjAxes, Handel's Ice Cream and Escapology have opened in time for the upcoming holiday season.
"These additions underscore our commitment to offering an unparalleled shopping experience for the community,” Taylor Alvey, vice president of leasing at Vestar, said.
Tempe Marketplace is at 2000 E. Rio Salado Parkway.
