'Porch pirate' crimes ready to spike in Valley

With Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, thousands of Valley residents will be expecting orders to be waiting for them on their porch after work.

This is a “porch pirates” prime opportunity as they can wait and stalk shoppers’ online orders as they are delivered.

According to State Farm Claims data, an estimated 22,000 residents filed theft claims last year.
