It is almost go-time for The Park at 83, Peoria’s newest gathering place that will feature the much awaited Postino WineCafé, North Italia, and Blanco Cocina + Cantina.
The “neighborhood-centric” concept sits in the shadow of the stadium at Peoria Sports Complex on more than two acres.
Brian Frakes, founder of Common Bond Development Group, said The Park at 83 is 90% done with completion expected by the end of this month. North Italia and Blanco Cocina + Cantina are expected to open for business in October and Postino after the first of the year.
