Irish Cowboy looks to be Florence’s newest watering hole

It may be a cliche, but Sabrina Johnston really wants her Irish Cowboy pub on Historic Main Street to be a place “where everybody knows your name.”

That’s been the mission from the start when Irish-born Sabrina and her husband, Scottish-born Kevin, relocated from Scottsdale to Florence in February.
