Irene M Blubaugh

Irene was born in Dayton, Ohio on February 19,1931 to Walter and Mary Seikel. She passed on February 3,2022. Her sister Patricia Merrell of Madison, Ohio survives.She married John Blubaugh on November 26, 1949. He passed in 2006. The family moved to seven states for her husband's work before retiring to SCW in 1992. She attended Our Lady of Lourdes church and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She liked to bowl, golf, play games, stain glass projects and RV travels with the 10-10 club. She spent endless hours helping the SCW stain glass club and volunteered for the SCW posse as well as being a Sundancer volunteer at the Surprise ballpark. She was a ten gallon blood donor to the American Red Cross.She was preceded in death by son Christopher Blubaugh, grandsons Paul Friddle, Jason Walden and son-in-law William Friddle Jr.Surviving children are Deborah Friddle, Wilmington, IL, Jackie (Bob) Friddle, Loda IL, Dara (Gary) Graham, Surprise, AZ, John (Gail) Blubaugh, Punta Gorda, FL, Melissa (Mike) Wheeler, Claremore, OK, April (Richard) Alvarez, Florence, AZ., 16 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, cousins and many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by everyone.
