Into the Wild: Responsibly enjoy Maricopa County’s regional parks

Residents and visitors from across the Valley can enjoy more than a dozen Maricopa County regional parks, conservation centers and a popular lake around the year, with the winter and spring months being the most popular times to visit.

The cooler weather and wildflower season in early spring at various regional parks in the county attract thousands more visitors. Everyone is welcome to enjoy themselves, but Maricopa County Parks & Recreation also wants visitors to be aware of the effect those visits can have on a parks’ ecosystems.
