A site plan and rezoning of 41 acres west of Ellsworth Road on the north side of Elliot Road for an industrial development should be approved by the Mesa City Council, an advisory board recommended in a recent 4-1 vote.
Applicant Taylor Earl of Earl and Curley PLC and owner El Dorado Elliot 128 LLC are seeking a rezoning from limited commercial with a planned-area development overlay and planned employment park to light industrial planned-area development and the site plan review.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board on June 23 voted to recommend the council approve the change, with Jeffrey Crockett dissenting and Dane Astle and Shelly Allen absent.
