Industrial business park planned at Sossaman and Warner in Mesa

Nine industrial buildings are to be constructed on 112 acres west of the Sossaman Road alignment and south of the Warner Road alignment in Mesa.

The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board on Sept. 22 voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the council approve a site plan review and rezoning the land from light industrial and agricultural to light industrial with a planned area development overlay. Board members Shelly Allen and Tim Boyle were absent.
