Three industrial buildings are to be constructed on 17.72 acres on the south side of McDowell Road and the west side of Greenfield Road, across the road from Falcon Field Airport.
The Mesa Planning and Zoning Board recently voted unanimously in a consent agenda with other items to recommend the City Council approve a rezoning to revise the conditions of approval on the property imposed by a previous zoning case. Board member Troy Peterson was absent.
“Those conditions are additional right-of-way requirements, all access to be from Greenfield Road and then that two rows of citrus trees and a wall be maintained along the western boundary of the property as a buffer,” Planner Chloe Durfee Daniel said at a study session before the board’s Nov. 16 meeting.
