Industrial building planned at Sossaman, Germann in Mesa

A 90,704-square-foot industrial building is planned.

The Jaws Industrial building is to be constructed on the north side of the 8200 to 8300 blocks of East Germann Road in Mesa, across from Queen Creek.

A more than 90,000-square-foot industrial building is to be constructed on 6 acres east of Sossaman Road on the north side of Germann Road in Mesa.

The Jaws Industrial development’s look and landscaping were discussed Feb. 13 by the Mesa Design Review Board. Vice Chair Dane Astle was absent.

The building is to be constructed in the city’s Pecos Road Employment Opportunity Zone, Staff Planner Joshua Grandlienard said at the meeting.
