Indoor boat-repair expansion planned at Mesa business

An approximately 20,400-square-foot expansion is planned at an existing boat sales and service facility on Main Street east of Lindsay Road in Mesa.

The Mesa Design Review Board discussed the Century Marine design and landscaping, and reviewed an alternative compliance request during a June 9 meeting. Absent were Chairman Dane Astle and board member Shelly Udall.

Part of the Main Street frontage includes an 8-foot-tall masonry wall, Staff Planner Sergio Solis said during the meeting.
