Indictment alleges Pinal County man produced, distributed child porn

A 38-year-old Casa Grande man has been indicted on nine counts involving child pornography, authorities said.
Agustin Julian Sauceda faces charges of producing and attempting to produce child pornography, distributing child pornography and possessing child pornography, according to a release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. At the time, Sauceda was an employee of the Eloy Fire District.
The indictment alleges that on nine dates between Aug. 2, 2022, and July 5, 2024, Sauceda produced child pornography involving a girl who was under 18. Then, on five dates between June 1, 2024, and Sept. 23, 2024, Sauceda distributed child pornography via the BitTorrent file sharing network.
On Oct. 30, 2024, Sauceda had child pornography on a cell phone and an SD card, according to the release.
Each count of producing child pornography carries a minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, and a maximum of 30 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and up to a lifetime of supervised release.
Each count of distribution of child pornography carries a minimum sentence of five years in prison, and a maximum of 20 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and up to a lifetime of supervised release.
Each count of possession of child pornography carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, a fine of up to $250,000 and up to a lifetime of supervised release.
