Public records request reveals Glendale employee compensation

About 16% of the city of Glendale’s $1.26 billion budget goes toward total estimated personnel compensation from the General Fund.

The 2023-24 budget was approved earlier this summer and includes close to 73 new jobs. The city will spend $198 million on personnel compensation in the new budget.

Independent Newsmedia is checking public records of Valley cities and towns, including Glendale, to let residents know the top 25 positions of compensation.
