It’s hard — but not impossible — to unseat incumbents

Change for the sake of change is generally not a feature in many of the Valley’s mayoral and council elections.

If it seems there are limited to no choices in the upcoming primary elections, that is likely the case. In fact, many times no one is running against incumbent politicians. And that comes for a lot of reasons.
