A name synonymous with helping children found to be a part of the Arizona foster care system for more than 20 years is Dan Shufelt, who up until last month was at the helm of Arizona Helping Hands.
Arizona Helping Hands remains the largest provider of basic needs to kids in the foster care system as thus far in 2021 the organization has provided more than 1,800 children vital goods.
