In the digital age, Scottsdale evaluates best communication methods

Communication between local government and its constituents is an aspect Scottsdale officials say is fairly robust — although City Council members had some feedback to provide during a recent meeting.

It can seem like a broken record when a big city council project is on the line and the public is saying, “We didn’t know about this.”

“I was frustrated — I saw many people on different media posts say ‘I was never given a chance, why weren’t we given a chance to comment on this?’”
