A modification to an existing comprehensive sign plan for the Ohana Kids and Family Kare building east of South Lindsay Road and north of East Baseline Road was approved recently by the Mesa Board of Adjustment.
The item was to be discussed and voted on at the board’s July 5 meeting. Due to technical difficulties the meeting was not called to order and all items were continued to the Aug. 2 meeting.
The board voted unanimously Aug. 2 on a consent agenda with other items to approve a special use permit to modify an approved comprehensive sign plan to allow for the installation of one permanent attached sign at 3130 E. Baseline Road Suite No. 103 of an existing group commercial retail center.
