Ilean R. Dudley, 81, Leadore, passed away on May 14, 2017 with her loving family by her side. Ilean was born on May 3, 1936 in Rigby, ID to Wallace and Norma Raymond. Ilean childhood was spent in Leadore, ID. She enjoyed growing up in this small corner of Idaho. Ilean attended school in Leadore, where she graduated from Leadore High School. After high school, she stayed close to home finding a local waitressing job at the Railroad Tavern and Café in Leadore. One day while working at the Railroad Tavern and Café. A man, who was working on a stretch of highway 28 from Leadore to Salmon, Thomas (Tom) Dudley, came into the Café for a meal. After being his waitress, they soon started dating and fell in love. They were later married on March 23, 1957 in Elko, NV. They enjoyed many years together, and making wonderful memories throughout those years. Ilean was an avid golfer and enjoyed competing in as many different tournaments that Tom signed her up in. She achieved many golfing awards along the way while in these tournaments. If she was not in a tournament, you could see her out at the Juniper Hills Country Club in Pocatello, ID playing as many rounds as she could. She enjoyed being with her family, loved her kids and spending time with them. Her children brought her much joy and fond memories as they grew up. She loved to bake, especially warm homemade breads, crocheting varies items, and traveling to many different places. One of the places that many memories came from was the family cabin in Island Park, Idaho. These memories started at the ground breaking of the cabin, building with family, and spending many nights after the completion of it. Ilean is survived by her son, Jeff; daughters, Janice, Debbie, Barbara, DeeAnna; sisters, Janny and Joann; 26 grandchildren; 59 great-grandchildren; and 19 great great-grandchildren with 3 more on the way.Ilean is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tom; son, Larry Dudley; daughter, Sandra Carter; sister, Zephal; brother, Wally; and 3 grandchildren.
