Just a thought, but if you can smoke weed then no one should be able to take my right to vape away from me. I used to smoke two packs a day and with the help of this alternative, I am now down to 1/4 pack or less a day.
I get that we don’t want or need kids smoking or vaping and I don't wish that addiction on anyone, but where does the overreach of bills like SB 1272 stop? We have gone from no ID for cigarettes to 18 years old to 21 years old and now they want to ban it all, unless you smoke pot then it's ok.
Maybe the Arizona Legislature should be more harsh on the people selling products to minors as well as being more harsh on the minors trying to get the product instead of invading other people’s rights who are being responsible.
