I-10, US 60 ramps to close in Tempe area for construction work

Several ramps on Interstate 10 and US 60 will be closed this weekend in the Tempe area for construction work on the Broadway Curve improvement project.

The Arizona Department Transportation and Tempe announced the westbound I-10 ramp to eastbound US 60 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday, June 23, to 4 a.m. Monday, June 26, for barrier replacement work.

Transportation officials suggest as a detour using westbound I-10 to northbound SR 143 to eastbound Loop 202 to southbound Loop 101 to access US 60.

Several ramps on Interstate 10 and US 60 will be closed this weekend in the Tempe area for construction work on the Broadway Curve improvement project.

The Arizona Department Transportation and Tempe announced the westbound I-10 ramp to eastbound US 60 will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday, June 23, to 4 a.m. Monday, June 26, for barrier replacement work.

Transportation officials suggest as a detour using westbound I-10 to northbound SR 143 to eastbound Loop 202 to southbound Loop 101 to access US 60. 

Barrier replacement work also will close the eastbound US 60 on-ramp at Priest Drive from 10 p.m. Friday to 4 a.m. Monday. Divers can use the eastbound US 60 on-ramp at Mill Avenue.

The eastbound I-10 on-ramp at Elliot Road will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday for overhead sign installation. Use the eastbound I-10 on-ramp at Warner Road.

ADOT also announced the eastbound I-10 off-ramp at Warner Road will be closed from 10 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday for overhead sign installation. Use the eastbound I-10 off-ramp at Ray Road instead.
