In an industry that has gone through radical changes, from electronic trading to big, big bucks, Valley sports card collectors can get in touch with the timeless charm of the hobby at its purest.
More than 350 dealer tables offering sports cards and collectibles, along with baseball greats on site signing autographs, will all be part of the scene at the Arizona State Card Show this month. Held at the Phoenix Convention Center, 100 N. Third St., the three-day bonanza runs 4-8 p.m. Friday, March 25; 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, March 26; and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, March 27.
The event was started by Collectibles on College, a small monthly card, coin and gaming collectibles show on College Avenue in Tempe in 2018. It has since evolved into the largest sports collectibles show in Arizona.
