Howard Ray Brown, 82Howard Ray Brown, 82, of Sun City and Englewood, Colo., a teacher, died Nov. 9. He was born in Humble, Texas and was a winter resident of Sun City. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; daughter, Karen Senier. He served in the Army Air Corps and was a former prisoner of war. Advantage Golden Door Chapel made the arrangements.
