OPINION — The new year will be here before you know it. With precious few weeks left in 2025, schools are hard at work budgeting for the new year.
At a public charter network like Legacy Traditional Schools that’s made up of 22 campuses across our state, we have our work cut out for us!
The campus art shows, field trips, concerts, extracurricular activities and more offered throughout the school year require thoughtful planning and precious resources to ensure that our students receive the quality, well-rounded educational experience they deserve.
This is where donors come in. The Arizona Public School Tax Credit is one simple way Arizona families can make a real difference for local schools.
With this dollar-for-dollar credit, a donor can lower his/her income tax burden by up to $400, and contributions can be applied toward the variety of programs we offer or invested directly into our classrooms. The credit also provides some much-appreciated flexibility for our teachers and administrators to continue to deliver life-changing experiences for our students.
As 2025 comes to a close, please consider a tax-deductible donation that will benefit students, teachers and schools. This is an opportunity to invest in Arizona’s future while reducing your tax burden. Talk about a win-win!
