How a library card changed the way I see Arizona

Phoenix teacher has explored the state with free Act One Culture Pass

OPINION — Have you ever visited the Desert Botanical Garden during the day and found yourself in front of the unique crested cactus? Walked into the glowing beauty of the Fireflies Infinity Mirror room at Phoenix Desert Art Museum? Listened to the sound of the bells at Cosanti and found yourself purchasing one for your own home? Or taken a drive to Lowell Observatory for a viewing of the night sky?

Thanks to the Act One Culture Pass, offered at libraries across Arizona, I can answer “yes” to all of these questions.

As an elementary school teacher, I appreciate and respect art and cultural experiences and how they enhance my education and enjoyment of life.
