Housing subdivision planned on East Menlo Circle in Mesa

A rezoning and preliminary plat for 2.08 acres should be approved to allow for the development of a single-residence subdivision, the Mesa planning and zoning board recommended recently.

The property is on both sides of the 2100 block of East Menlo Circle and on the north side of the 2100 block of East Hermosa Vista Drive. Michael Stephan is the applicant, and Brent/Deborah Berge is the owner.
