Housing on Chandler zoning board agendas

​The next steps in approvals for a 76-home housing subdivision are included in an item the Chandler Planning and Zoning Commission is set to address Wednesday.

A study session is set for 5 p.m. and a regular meeting is at 5:30 p.m. The commission meets in Chandler’s City Council Chambers at City Hall, 88 E. Chicago St. in Downtown Chandler.

Viviendo is the name of the subdivision, located on about 15.5 acres on the southeast corner of Ocotillo and McQueen roads.
