Housing development in Peoria near sell-out

Here’s another sign home inventory in Peoria and beyond is at an extreme low — another housing community in the city is nearing sold out levels.

Olive Grove’s Canyon Series, from California-based Landsea Homes Corp., has only 10 homes available.

The community, near 71st and Olive avenues, offers seven different floor plans that range from 1,986 to 3,018 square feet, and prices starting in the mid-$300,000s.
