Horse meditation circles open to women at Cave Creek ranch

A unique form of therapy is offering women a serene setting for healing and introspection in Cave Creek.

Finding Your Way/Equine Guided Well-Being will launch its third year of transformative horse meditation circles, which provide women with an opportunity to connect with themselves and nature.

The circles take place from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, March 16 and Saturday, April 6 in Cave Creek. Admission is $30 per person and limited to 10 individuals per session. Dreamcatcher Healing Ranch is located at 6095 E. Fleming Springs Road.

The horse meditation circles offer a sanctuary for women to unwind, release stress, and cultivate inner peace. Set in Cave Creek, amidst the backdrop of the Sonoran Desert, participants are invited to calming meditation sessions led by experienced facilitators while surrounded by gentle equine companions.

"We believe in the profound healing power of the human-horse connection," co-founder Marry Livingston shared in a press release. "Horses possess an instinctive ability to respond to our emotions and offer unconditional acceptance, making them ideal partners in our journey toward self-discovery and healing."

The horse meditation circles are open to women of all ages, with no prior experience with horses or meditation required.
