Honeywell Aerospace becomes its own company with Phoenix base

Honeywell is spinning off its brand into two separate, publicly traded companies.

Honeywell Technologies will have its headquarters in North Carolina and Honeywell Aerospace will have its headquarters in Phoenix. The new brands will become official on June 29.

Local leaders, including Gov. Katie Hobbs, were on hand for the unveiling of the Honeywell Aerospace brand on Wednesday, June 3.
