Homes now selling in new Glendale community

Homebuilder Landsea Homes Corp. announced homes are now selling at Marlowe in Glendale.
Two model homes will open in July.
“Our new collection of modern single-family homes at Marlowe are teaming with smart home technology and located in the desirable city of Glendale,” said Todd Condon, vice president of sales and marketing, Arizona Division, Landsea Homes, shared in a statement.
Marlowe features 80 two-story single-family homes ranging from 1,829 to 2,526 square feet.
The community is located at the intersection of 51st and Peoria avenues.
