Homes now for sale at new 55-and-older Buckeye community

Landsea Homes Corporation, a publicly traded residential homebuilder, announced this week that homes are now for sale in a new 55-and-older active adult community in Buckeye.
Skye Ridge at Victory in Verrado includes homes that start at $299,900.

The homes come in two different floorplans.
"Aurora" is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom with a study, spread over 1,236 square feet. A covered patio off the great room and primary bedroom ties together the indoors and outdoors.
Sliding glass doors are available off the great room and primary bedroom to add light and flow to the open-concept design.
"Eclipse" models are two-bedroom, two-bathroom, and are 1,278 square feet. Both large bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with a spacious walk-in closet off the primary bedroom.
A pantry, laundry room, entry porch and covered patio are added extras.
All homes at Skye Ridge are equipped with Landsea Homes’ High Performance Home features, including smart home automation technology utilized by the Apple HomeKit™ environment and is compatible with Android operating system.
