When Eric Snider decided to move into a Sun City home with his mother and sister earlier this year it seemed a good time to expand the home to give him space.
That decision has highlighted the challenges of building in Sun City, drawn gawking neighbors, an occasional trespasser on the property and resulted in rumors that the construction would ultimately become a group home.
The project at the family home in the 14600 block of Fallbrook Court would add a bedroom, living area and RV garage that Snider plans to move into. The home was originally bought in 2021 by his sister, Robin Snider, and mother, Barbara Geddry.
