Holidaze Craft Faire returns to Sun City

Willowbrook United Methodist Church is hosting its first Holidaze Craft Faire since 2019.

The holiday event is 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Nov. 4 and 5 at 19390 N. 99th Ave. There will be items from more than 50 vendors.

Mobile sharpening is returning, so bring garden tools, knives and scissors to restore those clean sharp edges.

Each vendor has to submit an item for the raffle so there will be raffle tickets available both days.

Multiple vendors have kitchen linens and practical items such as scrubbies, aprons and dishcloths. There will be woodwork and metal or glass yard art from more than one vendor, as well as 3-D books and sensory books, toys, picture books and children’s clothing, wall art, scarves, hats, hair ornaments, purses and jewelry and more.

Willowbrook is also home to the Kris Krafters. This organization did not stop during the shutdown; they continued to work at home on items to donate to local charity groups. They will once again have several tables of handmade Christmas linens, kitchen items, walker bags, lap quilts, wall hangings and more. The Kris Krafters use what they receive to purchase supplies and perform maintenance on equipment so they can continue to bless non-profit organizations around the Valley and on the reservation.
