Q&A: Hoffman, Smith vie for District 15 Arizona Senate seat

LD 15 covers east Mesa, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley

Republican Jake Hoffman, current District 12 Arizona state representative, will face off against Democrat Alan Smith for the District 15 state senate seat in November.

Both Hoffman and Smith ran unopposed in their primaries. Smith was a write-in candidate.

District 15 covers south of U.S. Highway 60, east of Power Road and includes east Mesa, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley.
