Hill receives respectful, heart-felt send-off at Peoria Unified

Resigns early to spend time with family out of state

Peoria Unified governing board member Rebecca Hill, who announced her resignation earlier this month, received a respectful and heart-felt send off at her last school board meeting.

Hill thanked the community at the meeting on Thursday, Aug. 24, and said she was grateful to sit on the board and to be a voice for PUSD students, community and staff.

Hill tendered her resignation to move out-of-state to be closer to family.
