Higley USD to begin wellness initiative

District will focus on resiliency for coming year, give suicide prevention training to staff

Higley USD will be improving its wellness districtwide in the 2022-23 school year with the "Healthy Higley" initiative.

Assistant Director of Counseling Dena Morgan presented an update of this initiative to the governing board at the July 20 meeting.

"We want to continue to ensure the safety of our students and employees as they return to school," Morgan said.
