Letter by Richard Heywood of Sun City
In response to Mr. Ed Kaiser’s recent letter, “Agrees people should not believe blindly,” I will ask one question: Which conspiracy theory is Mr. Kaiser believing blindly?
Because his arguments do not hold water.
If you believe the scientific community, not just here in the USA but across the globe, the vaccines against covid-19 have saved many million lives. They are not experimental having been thoroughly tested before being granted regulatory approval. Maybe he has a problem with the CDC, but its approach is mirrored in all first world countries.
Regarding the survivability of the human race being greater than 99% from covid-19, much of that is a direct result of the vaccine. As for vaccine mandates violating the Nuremberg Code of 1947, that statement is straight from another conspiracy theory.
The code prohibits specifically and I quote “the inhumane and often fatal experimentation on human subjects without consent.” Nowhere does it try to stop governments protecting people from a killer virus.
As far as Pfizer announcing record revenues and most probably profits for 2021, Big Pharma is protected by the federal government, not only in vaccine income, but in every facet of the pharmaceutical industry. You can thank your local elected representative in Washington who’s campaign contributions are bankrolled by it, not doctors and scientists trying to save lives.
And now to the most insane statement of the whole letter, “why has the medical community abandoned the use of hydroxychloroquine and invermectin?”
Yes, both drugs have saved countless lives from malaria and river blindness. Seat belts and air bags have saved thousands of lives in traffic accidents: but they don’t work against COVID-19 either.
If you knew the first thing about these ailments, you would answer your own question. Malaria and river blindness are caused by parasites; covid-19 is caused by a virus — spot the difference.
