Here is what is being built near Harkins at P83

A new credit union is being built in the P83 Entertainment District.

A new business is coming to the P83 Entertainment District.

An Aero Financial branch is being built adjacent to the Harkins movie theater and Abuelos.

The new location will be about 54 feet tall and include a drive-through banking lane and ATM lane, according to the Peoria Planning and Zoning Department.
