Help sought to update Mesa historic-preservation guidelines

Mesa residents have several opportunities in the next few months to provide input on changes to design guidelines and text amendments to the city code relating to historic preservation.

Study sessions are to be held with the city’s planning and zoning board, historic preservation board and the City Council before the documents are finalized.

A presentation on proposed changes was part of a Nov. 2 community meeting hosted by the Mesa Historic Preservation Board.
