Hefty turnover coming for Maricopa County elected seats

There will be a plenty of turnover on Maricopa County Board of Supervisors after November’s general election.

In one cycle, most of the elected officials who steadfastly defended the county’s handling of local elections either stepped aside or were shown the door by Republican voters.

Three new faces will sit on the Maricopa County governing board after one board member, Jack Sellers, lost his race and two others — Bill Gates and Clint Hickman — bowed out of the recent primary election.
