Outgoing Surprise City Councilwoman Nancy Hayden is saying goodbye to her term with a video message posted on the city's website.

Ms. Hayden will conclude her term on the city council at the end of December.

In her video message, she thanks her constituents and takes a look back at some of the city’s accomplishments over the past three years.
