Having another go at it: Peoria Council to consider agreement to revitalize Old Town

Over the years, the quest to revitalize Old Town Peoria has always come up empty-handed, with the southern part of town still devoid of a landmark destination.

But the city is trying again.

The city council Oct. 25 will consider a development agreement with Zonapart LLC to breathe new life into downtown Peoria.
