Harlan Osborne

Harlan Osborne, 82, of Wintersville, OH passed away on December 12, 2017 in Apache Junction, AZ.He was born on September 10, 1935 in Tannery, KY, a son of the late John and Laura Osborne. He was youngest of 10 children, all of whom preceded him in death. He worked at Weirton Steel and was an active member of Wintersville Community Church and Wintersville Church of the Nazarene. He also volunteered in numerous community causes including the Boy Scouts and local food pantry. Most recently, he spent much of his time in Arizona, where he loved to bask in the warmth of the sunshine.He is survived by his children, Deborah Ingram, Diana Osborne; Daniel Osborne, David Osborne, and Bonnie Whitson, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Harlan will be laid to rest in Wintersville, OH on Wednesday, December 20th.
