Chas Roberts comes through for new unit

Ashley Falkenberg is all smiles with a new air conditioner, which helps keep her healthy in the Arizona heat. Falkenberg has a condition called campomelic dysplasia, a rare genetic disorder that affects the development of the skeleton, reproductive system and face.

James Falkenberg figured it was just a solicitor calling him one Friday afternoon when the phone rang at his Surprise Farms home.

It read “Chas Roberts” on the Caller ID, so he let the call go to voicemail.

Little did he know the caller was Chas Roberts President and CEO Sissie Roberts Shank to inform give him some exciting news.
