Developers are requesting a rezone of an approximate 7.53 gross acre site located at the southeast corner of Happy Valley Road and 157th Avenue.
The proposed rezone will allow for the development of 255 dwelling units in a multi-family project that will include a community pool, clubhouse and additional amenities.

A development project neighborhood meeting has been set in Surprise for the Happy Valley Vistas project.
Developers are requesting a rezone of an approximate 7.53 gross acre site located at the southeast corner of Happy Valley Road and 157th Avenue.
The proposed rezone will allow for the development of 255 dwelling units in a multi-family project that will include a community pool, clubhouse and additional amenities.
The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at Asante Preparatory Academy, 23251 N. 166th Drive.
